👀 About the role
At Tengo, we have ambitious sales targets for the next 18 months. We're looking for a new Sales 360°. This is a unique opportunity to join Tengo on a challenging mission and make a significant impact on the company.
We are just at the beginning of the Tengo adventure 😁
You will work closely with our CEO Hugues.
Our main business challenges encompass:
- Reaching and closing new clients to help them win more public tenders
- Structure our sales process (iterate on the sales play, improve CRM, routines…)
- Do “things that don’t scale” to support Tengo’s development (ex : explore & tests new ways to reach prospect and sales Tengo…)
As Sales 360°, you will:
- Hunt and qualify prospects based on generated leads (mainly Outbound)
- Prepare and run demos
- Manage your deal flow and keep the CRM updated
- Design and implement experiments to improve lead generation and sales strategies
